| 摘 要： | 随着我国法制的不断健全，以往国家出资探明的矿产地探矿权经营问题成为了当前地质矿产主管部门和地质勘查单位面临的一项重要任务，依法经营好国家出资探明的矿产地，保证国家、集体的合法利益，是本文探讨的重点。
