| 摘 要： | 煤炭矿井回采率的高低,不仅关系到资源的节约利用,还关系到矿区环境保护问题.通过调查陕北9个生产矿井的煤炭资源回采率,发现其开采煤层均为中厚煤层和厚煤层,按照规定,矿井回采率最低应为75%,9个生产矿井全部没有达到75%的国家规定标准,其中矿井回采率最高的为68.7%,最低29.3%.分析原因,除客观条件(如煤层厚度)等因素外,生产单位珍惜资源的意识淡漠,监管缺位和管理制度缺陷都在很大程度上影响了回采率的提高. |

| Abstract: | The recovery percentage of coal resources concerns not only the economical utilization of resources but also the environment protection of the coal mining areas.An investigation of the recovery percentage of 9 coal mines in Northern Shaanxi reveals that the percentage is lower than the state standard,among them the lowest is 29.3% ,and the highest is 68.7%,Besides such objective conditions as the thickness of coal bed, faint awareness of treasuring resources, lack of supervision, and deficiency in management regulations are all responsible for the low recovery percentage of coal resources in that region. |
