| 摘 要： | 西部资源的潜在优势及其目前的开发状况是西部大开发的基础 ,西部地区自然资源的开发还要面临新的挑战。合理开发利用资源 ,走可持续发展道路 ,变潜在的资源优势为现实的经济优势 ,这是西部大开发的方向。文章并探讨了促进资源转换的发展对策。

| Abstract: | Based on a brief introduction of the potential advantages and the exploitation of natural resources in West China and on an analysis of the challenges encountered in the exploitation of natural resources in the western regions, this paper presents suggestions on developing and utilizing natural resources sensibly, keeping to sustainable development, and converting potential advantages of resources to realistic economic advantages. It also discusses development countermeasures to promote conversion of natural resources. |
