| 摘 要： | 矿业企业在矿产勘查和开采过程中都需要进行资金筹集，而利用融资是一种有效的经济行为。本文对我国矿业融（投）资情况，存在的主要问题，可采用的融资方式进行了分析，并提出了促进矿业融资的政策建议。
