| Abstract: | Reclamation of mined land is probably mankind's largest-scale, most visible, and longest-term attempt to make positive modifications of the Earth's surface. This gives reclamation professionals an enormous opportunity and an even larger responsibility for future generations. This paper presents three cases of land reclamation in the United States, expounding the creative projecting of the three cases and their successful experiences. |
