| 摘 要： | 城市土地集约利用最直接的要求就是高投入、高产出,同时要求城市用地结构的合理性及城市环境的适应性,是一个综合的、动态的概念.建立起多层次的土地利用评价指标体系,运用模糊综合评价的方法,对柳州市区及下辖6县的土地集约利用水平进行了综合的评价.同时,提出了未来城市土地集约利用水平的合理化建议.

| Abstract: | Intensive utilization of urban land demands high investment and highhe environment of cities, yield, and also demands the rationality and the a daptability to t forming a comprehensive and dynamic concept. By establishing a multi-level evaluation indicator system of land use and making use of fuzzy synthetic evaluation, this paper synthetically evaluates the intensive land uti- lization level in the city proper of Liuzhou City and six counties, and offers rational proposals for the future intensive utilization level of urban land. |
