| 摘 要： | 通过多因素综合评价模型,分别计算出我国30个特大城市的土地集约利用综合分值.然后利用得到的评价结果与人地关系、经济发展水平等影响城市土地集约利用水平的因素进行相关关系分析,得出城市土地集约利用水平与人地关系、经济发展水平和城市规模成强正相关关系.

| Abstract: | By using the multi-factor synthetic evaluation model, this paper computes separately the total scores of intensified urban land use in 30 megalopolises in China, and then analyzes the relative relations between the assessment results and the factors affecting t he intensified urban land use, drawing the conclusion that intensified urban land use has a strong positive relation with the factors including man-land relationship, economic development level and city size. |
