| 摘 要： | 在简述农地保护发生机制的基础上,客观评价了农地保护政策的绩效,并针对其运行失效的现实,分析了其本身存在的缺陷,进而提出了尊重农民权利、提高农地经营收益;全面评价农地效益、适当补偿农地保护区农民等对策的建议.
