| 摘 要： | 随着我国土地制度的不断完善，地价指数在政府对土地市场管理中的作用日益重要．以2002年无锡市土地市场调查为例，研究了3种地价指数及其计算方法，并测算了无锡市主城区的各种地价指数，揭示主城区近年来地价变化的规律，分析其地价变化的原因，并为未来地价变化预测提供参考。

| Abstract: | With the improvement of China's land system,land price index has been playing an increasingly important role in the government's management of the land market. Having studied three price indices and their algorithms on the basis of land survey in Wuxi City, this paper works out several price indices in downtown of the city,reveals the law of land price changes in recent years, analyzes the causes for the land price changes, which will give a reference for the prediction of future land price changes. |
