| 摘 要： | 通过建立绩效评价机制,构建评价模型,探索在"三旧"改造过程中如何评价政府监督行为.运用层次分析法和专家打分法对现有的"三旧"改造监督体系和政府监督行为进行绩效评价.从而得出在"三旧"改造过程中,政府的监督行为可以通过构建评价模型进行定量评价,以利于现有监督体系能充分发挥效率,并提出了"三旧"改造监督机制的构建过程中,应注意的问题.
