| 摘 要： | 黑龙江省嘉荫恐龙国家地质公园已于2001年11月经国家正式批准，成为我国第二批批准的33个国家地质公园之一。本文论述了嘉荫恐龙国家地质公园的建立及其意义，以及其地学旅游资源优势，提出了地质遗迹保护措施和旅游资源开发建议。 |

| Abstract: | Officially sanctioned in November, 2001, Jiayin Dinosaur Park has become one of the second group of national geo- parks of China. This paper discusses the establishment and meaning of this geo- park as well as the geological advantages of this park, offering measures for the preservation of geological relics and proposals for the development of the tourism resources of the park. |
