| 摘 要： | 土地利用总体规划实施评价是土地管理中的新课题,同时也是新一轮土地利用总体规划修编的重要内容.通过阐述土地利用总体规划实施评价的类型,规划实施评价指标选取的原则、指标标准化方法、评价标准以及指标评价的方法,并以桂林市资源县为例,运用模型方法进行实证研究,来说明桂林市资源县上轮土地利用总体规划的实施情况.
