摘    要:大量矿山固体废弃物的产生既是我国固体矿产资源特点决定的,也是我国千百年矿业开发的历史积累,更是矿产资源利用不合理的结果。通过讨论我国矿山固体废弃物的现状、资源储量及其与矿山生态环境的密切关系,从综合利用、科技创新、优惠扶持政策、产业化道路、加强法制建设、土地复垦方面,做出了相应的对策分析,得出了经济有效的综合利用是矿山固体废弃物综合治理的最关键问题。

Abstract:The appearance of the mining solid waste is caused by the characteristics of China's mineral resources and the history of China's mining industry, and simultaneously a consequence of unreasonable exploitation of the mineral resources. Based on discussions of the present conditions of mining solid waste,resource reserves and the relation between eco-environment of the mine and solid waste, this paper puts forward countermeasures in terms of such aspects as comprehensive utilization,technological innovation, policy support, industrialization of solid waste utilization,reinforcing legal construction and land reclamation. It is concluded that the economical and effective comprehensive utilization is the most critical issue in solving the problem of the continuous accumulation of solid waste.
