| 摘 要： | 本文从维护国家海洋权益，增强国防安全，促进经济发展，保护海洋生态环境及防灾减灾，海洋管理和参与全球海洋事务等方面，进行了我国社会经济发展对海洋科学技术的需求分析，通过对我国海洋科研力量现状的总结和科技需求分析 ,提出 :为逐步完成时代赋予海洋领域的新任务，必须把海洋科学研究和技术开发放在重要地位，发挥科技对海洋事业发展的支撑和保障作用。

| Abstract: | In terms of safeguarding national marine rights and interests, stregthening national defence, promoting economic development, protecing marine ecological environment, preventing and reducing natural disasters, managing the oceans and dealing with the marine affairs, this paper analyzes the requirements for marine science and technology in social and economic development in China. Based on a summarization of the present situation of marine scientific researches and an analysis of the requirement for marine science and technology in China, the paper holds that to accomplish new tasks confronted in the realm of oceans, great emphasis should be placed on marine scientific researches and technology. |
