城市建设用地与其影响因子的定量分析--以山东省即墨市为例

城市建设用地的变化是其影响因子综合作用的结果。客观地把握驱动土地利用变化的方式、了解土地利用的变化特征，是实现区域可持续发展重要的决策基础。本文对建设用地和其影响因子预测方法进行了探索性的研究，建立社会经济发展对城市建设用地影响的数学模型；通过影响因子的回归预测，进而得到特定时期的用地指标预测值，为宏观把握建设用地的发展趋势和影响因素提供依据。

Quantitative Analysis of Urban Construction Land and Influencing Factors

Understanding the driving force and features of land use is the policy basis for realizing regional sustainable development. Based on the research of the method to anticipate the construction-land use and the influencing factors,this paper gets the conceptual model to show how the social-economic development will influence the urban construction-land use,from which we can get the expected land-use index in a particular period, providing concrete data to hold the trend of the urban construction-land change.
