广西农地整理潜力空间差异性研究

摘    要:随着社会经济的发展,我国土地整理必然从增加耕地面积的单目标向提高农业综合生产能力、改善和保护生态环境、促进乡村基础设施建设的多目标方向发展.以广西为例,在明确农用地整理潜力内涵的基础上,分析了其农地整理潜力的空间分布特征及其差异性.研究结果表明:广西农用地数量、质量潜力空间分布不均匀,呈现出中部高于四周,南部高于北部的空间分布现象.最后针对农地整理挖潜保障提出了建议.

Abstract:With the development of society and economy,the simple target of land arrangements in China will shift from the increase of cultivated land area to the improvement of integrated agricultural productivity,the improvement and protection of ecological environment and the promotion of the rural infrastructural facilities.With Guangxi Autonomous Region as an example,this paper analyzes the characteristic and difference of spatial distribution in agricultural land rearrangement potential,on the basis of confirming the meaning of the land rearrangement potential.The results of the research show that uneven spatial distribution of land quantity and quality potential exists in this region,with the central part higher than the surrounding areas and the southern part higher than northern part.The paper ends with proposals for the security of agricultural land rearrangement potential.
