基于集对分析法的长株潭城市群资源环境承载力评价

摘    要:为探究长株潭城市群“两型”发展模式,评价其资源环境承载力对其生态型城市群建设、循环经济的发展具有重要的实践意义.基于资源环境承载力的内涵,结合研究区2001-2009年有关统计资料,从社会经济、环境保护、资源利用3个方面构建了资源环境承载力评价指标体系,运用集对分析法对研究区的资源环境承载力进行评价.结果表明:2000-2008年,长株潭城市群资源环境承载力大致可以分为3个阶段:2000-2002年的快速增长阶段,2002-2006年的波动后的缓慢增长阶段及2006-2008年的持续性快速增长阶段,并与社会经济子系统呈明显的正相关关系.基于评价结果,就长株潭城市群的实际情况,提出了一些优化资源环境承载力的建议.

Abstract:In order to study the "two-oriented society" of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration,it has important practical significance of evaluating its resource-environment carrying capacity to ecological city construction,the development of circulation economy.Based on the implications of the resource environmental carrying capacity,combined with the relevant statistics of research area during 2001 to 2009,this paper constructs an evaluation index system from the aspects of social economy,environmental protection and resources utilization and assesses the resource-environment carrying capacity of the researched areas using Set Pair Analysis.The results show that the resource-environment carrying capacity of the city agglomeration from 2000 to 2008 can be roughly divided into three stages:rapid growth stage(2000-2002),slow growth stage after fluctuations(2002-2006),and continuous rapid growth stage(2006-2008),and is positively proportionate to social and economic subsystem.Based on the evaluation,the paper presents some suggestions for optimized the resource environmental carrying capacity of the urban agglomeration.
