Discussion on Mode and Strategy of Rural Land Reclamation in Shenyang City

Rural land consolidation is a comprehensive treatment of cropland,water,roads,forest,and villages for the purpose of improving land utilization and optimizing the layout of land.This paper selects land treatment mode by means of the location factors,and discusses the differentiation of rural land treatment modes adopted respectively by the town concentrated area,the eastern ecological agriculture and eco-tourism development areas,the med-plain of high-efficiency agricultural development zone and the west of agriculture and grazing comprehensive development zone three areas.The paper ends with a probe into land consolidation strategy in terms of sticking to planning first,adhering to resources integration,and persisting in respecting public opinions.
