农村居民点整理搬迂方案探讨——以广西壮族自治区为例

农村土地利用不合理现象较为严重,因而对其进行调整势在必行.对农村居民点整理搬迁方案进行了探讨,并结合广西壮族自治区典型的地形地貌单元,分别选取3个行政村为研究对象,探讨了基于农村居民点现状和迁村并点的搬迁模式,介绍了针对不同分区设计的大、小两种搬迁方案,并制定了搬迁距离、耕作距离、零星户数等相关搬迁指标,给出了具体的量算过程,最后得出广西农村居民点搬迁面积.

Discussion on Rural Residential Land Consolidation: A Case Study of Guangxi

It is imperative to deal with a common unreasonable phenomenon of rural land use.This paper discusses the scheme of rural residential land consolidation and analyzes the status quo of rural residential land and the mode of village relocation,with three villages as the objects of the research and taking into account the typical landscape of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.The paper introduces the two schemes,a big one and a small one,designed for different subareas,and establishes relocation parameters such as relocation distance,cultivation distance,and scattered households and provides a specific calculation process,obtaining the relocation area of rural residential land.The method has a certain innovation and can provide a theoretical support for future land consolidation of rural residential areas.
