| 摘 要： | 针对我国经济快速发展过程中耕地大量流失的状况,分析了其深层次的原因,在提出将耕地的生态效益考虑进耕地价值之中的基础上,阐述了耕地生态价值核算的理论基础与基本方法,并建议将耕地的生态价值内化,建立起保护耕地的经济机制.

| Abstract: | In view of the problem of large-scale reduction of cultivated land in the rapid development of China's economy,this paper analyzes profoundly the causes for the reduction and expounds the theoretical basis and fundamental methods of calculation of cultivated land ecological value on the basis of adding ecologic benefit of cultivated land to the value of cultivated land.The paper also proposes to internalize the ecologic value of cultivated land and set up the economic mechanism of land protection. |
