| 摘 要： | 由于忽视矿山环境管理，对国土资源和生态环境造成了严重破坏，导致地面发生多种地质灾害。因此，加强矿山环境管理已刻不容缓。其基本目的是保护国土资源，促进矿业和社会经济发展；其基本要点是：确立绿色矿业思想；建立权威机构，制定行政法规和技术标准；加强科学研究，为矿山环境管理提供理论与技术方法支持；通过示范创新，创造典型经验。

| Abstract: | While for the past decades, the rapid development of mining industry has provided important basic guarantee for the development of national economy of China, the negligence of mines management has led to serious destruction of land resources anad ecological enviornment, generating a variety of geological hazards. It is imperative, therefore, to enhance the management of mines, with the aim of protecting land resources and promoting the development of mining industry and social economy. |
