我国城市地价指数理论和应用研究综述

摘    要:地价指数是反映地价变动过程的重要指标,也是政府地价管理的重要组成部分之一.通过总结我国城市地价指数体系、地价指数编制理论和地价指数动态变化等理论研究概况,从地价指数编制方法应用和地价指数成果在社会生产生活中的应用两个方面概述了地价指数应用研究现状,得出结论:虽然国内城市地价指数及编制紧密结合我国具体国情,取得了丰硕的研究成果,但仍然需要进一步深入研究和完善.

Abstract:Land price index is an important index in the process of land price variation and an important part of land price management by the government. This paper summarizes the theoretical researches in China on urban land price index and discusses the current state of the researches of land price index,with a conclusion that while fruitful achievements have been made in the area of urban land price index theory and practice of China, further researches and perfection are still needed.
