| 摘 要： | 城市土地储备是一种新的城市土地管理制度,是城市土地管理制度的创新.通过对我国现有的城市土地储备模式从土地储备机构设置、土地储备资金运作方式、储备土地来源、储备土地的出让方式、土地市场的调控方式及效果等方面进行比较,分析不同模式的异同,提出了适合我国国情的城市土地储备模式,对于加速我国土地储备制度的拓展与完善具有积极的意义.

| Abstract: | Urban land reserve is an innovated system of land management. This paper conducts a comparative research into the present patterns of urban land reserve of this country, in terms of agency establishment, operation of fund, origin of land, ways of sale, land market regulation and effect, analyzes the similarities and differences between these patterns, and proposes a pattern suitable to land reserve of China. |
