| 摘 要： | 目前测定蛋白质的方法和仪器很多,为了提高蛋白质含量检测结果的准确性和检测效率,依据GB/T 5511-2008《谷物和豆类氮含量测定和粗蛋白质含量计算凯氏法》要求,常用定氮仪来测定粮食中粗蛋白质含量。对此方法中化学试剂硫酸的选择及实际操作进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Determination of protein content in grain quality index is an important work very much, more and more attention.The measuring method and instrument of many proteins, in order to improve the detection accuracy and detection efficiency of the protein content, according to the GB/T5511-2008 determination of nitrogen content of cereals and legumes and coarse protein content calculated Kjeldahl method requirement, now commonly used nitrogen detector to the determination of crude protein content in grain,the method of chemical reagent sulfuric acid and actual operation are discussed. |
