| 摘 要： | 研究了采用锤片式粉碎机进行糯米粉碎的生产工艺。设置糯米预处理时的不同浸泡时间和浸泡水温以及最终湿度．正交实验表明，浸泡后糯米的最终湿度对于粉碎工艺效果影响极为显著，其次是浸泡水温，浸泡时间对结果的影响最小。

| Abstract: | This article studied the productive process ofgrinding glutinous rice through hammer mills.Glutinous rice was soaked in water of different temperature for different time and gets different final moisture.The results show that the processing is influ-enced mostlybythe final moisture,less bythe water temperature,while the soakingtime has tinyeffect. |
