《粮食收获质量调查和品质测报技术规范》进一步完善的建议

分析了辽宁地区近年来粮食自然质量调查过程中存在的问题，提出《规范》中二级样品的制备必须明确将混匀的初级样品进行等量混合。数据统计时，各分析指标的平均值，县、市、省应该采用不同的统计方法，县级统计各分析指标平均值时，应该采用样品测定值的算术平均值，市、省级统计分析指标的平均值时，应采用以县或市为单位进行加权平均，目的是进一步规范粮食自然质量调查的工作程序，使数据统计更合理，自然质量调查统计数据结果能真实的反映出当地粮食自然质量状况。

Further Improving Suggestions on Practice for the Investigation and Forecast of Grain Harvest Quality

This paper analyzed the problems existing in the process of the investigation on grain natural quality in Liaoning in recent years, and presents that mixing equal parts of blended primary samples should be cleared for the preparation of sec- ondary samples in the Practice for the investigation and forecast of grain harvest quality.in terms of data statistics,different sta- tistical methods should be applied to calculate the average of each analysis index at provincial,municipal and county levels re- spectively, this means when the average of each analysis index is statistically analyzed at the county level,the arithmetic mean value of samples＇ measured value should be adopted, and the weighted average based on the city or county should be adopted to calculate the average value of statistical analysis index at provincial or municipal level, the purpose is to further standardize the working procedure of the investigation on grain natural quality, and make data statistics more rational,the statistical data result of natural quality investigation can truthfully reflect the local condition of grain natural quality.
