粮食质量安全管理思考

近几年,国家持续加大耕地土壤污染修复治理力度,取得较大成效。但随着工业化和城镇化进程加快,环境污染及极端气候仍将对粮食质量安全产生不良影响,随着生活水平的不断提高,消费者对粮食质量安全的关注度更强,期望值更大,这对粮食质量安全监管提出了更高要求。文章对粮食质量安全监管进行概述,分析查找所存在的问题,并提出监管的途径。

In recent years,the state has continuously intensified efforts to remediation and control cultivated land soil pollution,and achieved great results.However,with the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,environmental pollution and extreme weather will still have a negative impact on food quality and safety.With the continuous improvement of living standards,consumers pay more attention to food quality and safety and have greater expectations,which puts forward higher requirements for food quality and safety supervision.This paper summarizes the food quality and safety,analyzes and finds the problems existing in the food quality and safety supervision,and puts forward the effective solutions to the food quality and safety supervision.
