| 摘 要： | 针对失地农民现存补偿的不足,本文在实际调研的基础上,结合临沂市的实际情况和失地农民的真实愿望,提出了补偿失地农民的新方法:土地的梯次配置和土地增值收益梯次分配,并对土地梯次配置方案进行了简要评论,给出了相应的政策建议。

| Abstract: | Aim at the shortcomings of the existing methods of compensating for land-lose peasants, this paper provides a new method of compensating for land-lost peasants based on a practical investigation on factual situations of Lin Yin city and the real desire of the land-lost peasants. That is allocation of land and distribution of value-added in circulation. Then, it briefly reviews this new method, and offers some countermeasures and proposal in the end. |
