| 摘 要： | 德国农业是一个高度组织化产业,德国农业协会作为农民和农业的利益代表在国家与社会的良性互动中发挥着重要作用。本文运用寻租理论分析农业协会与国家、社会的互动关系,认为协会产生的直接原因在于寻求经济租金,协会集体利益代表的可组织性是寻租的先决条件,德国农业协会通过不同渠道、运用不同手段在政府与社会的良性互动中发挥重要影响作用。
