我国农户学习节水灌溉技术的实证研究——基于农户节水灌溉技术行为的实证分析

本文从影响农户学习节水灌溉技术的因素分析入手,运用二项LOGIT模型,探讨影响农户学习节水灌溉技术的重要因素.结果表明,建立水权交易制度以提高和保护农民对剩余水权的处分权利、加大培育用水者协会等民间组织、提高农民在节水灌溉技术学习和采用有关决策中的公众参与、提高信息化水平(如普及电话等)、加大对节水技术的宣传普及教育、提高农户的文化水平,对提高农户学习节水技术的积极性有显著的积极作用.

Demonstration Research on Peasant's Learning the Skill of Water-saving Irrigation in China
