| 摘 要： | 本文从公共规制经济学的角度,对我国农业保险发展的政府诱导机制进行了较为系统的研究。文章从农业保险经营范围的拓展、经营管理技术的创新、农业巨灾损失基金的建立、农业再保险的有效供给、开放农业保险市场等层面对我国农业保险政府诱导机制进行主体构建,进而探索构建我国现实背景下农业保险发展的政府诱导机制,为缓解我国农业保险市场失灵现象提供理论支持和政策建议。
