不同品种百合及其内外鳞片多糖含量的分析

摘    要:本文对4个品种、6个大型百合种植产区的百合和百合内外鳞片的多糖含量进行比较分析。结果表明,百合中多糖含量丰富,总量在8.72%~19.42%。不同品种的百合多糖含量存在差异。整体上,兰州百合多糖含量最高,卷丹百合和川百合次之,龙牙百合最低;同一品种,不同产地的百合多糖含量也存在差异,这可能与产地的气候条件、土壤类型和海拔等自然因素的差异有关。兰州百合鳞茎不同部位多糖含量也存在差异,百合外层鳞片多糖含量要高于内层鳞片。本研究可为百合资源的开发利用和分级加工提供科学依据。

Analysis of Polysaccharide Content in Different Varieties of Lilium Brownii and Their Inner and Outer Scales

Abstract:This paper compares and analyzes the polysaccharide content of lilies and Lilium brownii inner and outer scales of 4 varieties and 6 large-scale Lilium brownii planting areas.The results showed that the polysaccharide content in Lilium brownii is rich,the total amount is 8.72%-19.42%.The polysaccharide content of different varieties of Lilium brownii is different.On the whole,Lanzhou Lilium brownii has the highest polysaccharide content,followed by Lilium brownii and Chuan Lilium brownii,and Longya Lilium brownii has the lowest.The polysaccharide content of lilies of the same variety and different origins are also different,which may be related to the natural climate conditions,soil types and altitudes of the production area.The difference in factors is related.The content of polysaccharides in different parts of the bulbs of Lanzhou Lilium brownii is also different.The content of polysaccharides in the outer scales of Lilium brownii is higher than that of the inner scales.This research can provide a scientific basis for the development and utilization and classification of Lilium brownii resources.
