前处理方法对HPLC法测定婴幼儿配方奶粉中VC含量的影响研究

摘    要:本文从HPLC条件及婴幼儿配方奶粉维生素C的提取两个方面进行了探讨,得出以0.05mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(pH=3.0)+甲醇(19∶1)作为流动相能获得最大峰面积。维生素C的提取条件是:1%乙酸作为维生素C的提取溶液,提取时水浴温度不宜超过20℃,超声时间20min。此检测方法线性关系良好,检出限为0.8mg·L^-1,重复率和加标回收率均符合要求。

Effect of Pretreatment Methods on Determination of VC Content in Infant Formula by HPLC

Abstract:This article discussedthe HPLC conditions and the extraction of vitamin C from infant formula, It is concluded that the maximum peak area can be obtained by using 0.05 mol·L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (pH=3.0)+ethanol (19∶1) as mobile phase. The extraction condition of vitamin C is: 1% acetic acid as the extraction solution of vitamin C. When the extraction, the temperature of the water bath should not exceed 20 ℃, and the ultrasonic time is 20 min. The above method was used to detect the linear relationship of vitamin C in infant formula, and the detection limit was 0.8 mg·L^-1. The repetition rate and spiked recovery rate met the requirements.
