| 摘 要： | 本文分析和评价舟山嵊泗养殖贻贝中腹泻性贝类毒素(DSP)和麻痹性贝类毒素(PSP)的含量现状,并对污染状况进行评价。分析结果表明:舟山嵊泗养殖贻贝在不同月份均检出了腹泻性贝类毒素,部分月份检出了麻痹性贝类毒素,尤其在7月和8月检出的麻痹性贝类毒素比例较高,但含量均小于食品中污染物的限量标准。研究中还发现,嵊泗养殖贻贝中麻痹性贝类毒素和腹泻性贝类毒素在不同区域中含量相当,未发现存在明显污染的区域。

| Abstract: | Diarrhetic shellfish poisons(DSP)and paralytic shellfish poisons(PSP)in Mytiluse lulis in Shengsi of Zhoushan were analyzed and evaluated,and the pollution status was evaluated.The results showed that the DSP Mytiluse lulis was detected in different months,the PSP was detected in part,especially in July and August,but the contentswas less than standards for food contamination.According to the research,the contents of PSP and DSP in Mytiluse lulis in different areas were similar,and no obvious contamination areas were found. |
