花生红衣原花青素纯化工艺研究

摘    要:为探究花生红衣中原花青素的纯化条件,本研究通过静态吸附和解吸试验对8种型号大孔树脂进行选择,再经动态吸附和解吸试验得出最优纯化条件。结果表明,大孔树脂最佳型号为D4020,得出最佳纯化条件为:上样流速1 mL·min-1,上样浓度1.5 mg·mL-1,洗脱液为40%乙醇,洗脱流速1 mL·min-1,最终所得纯化物纯度达97.35%±1.58%。

Study on Purification Process of Procyanidins from Peanut Red Chlamydia

Abstract:In order to explore the purification conditions of proanthocyanidins in peanut red coat,this study selected eight types of macroporous resins through static adsorption and desorption experiments,and then obtained the optimal purification conditions through dynamic adsorption and desorption experiments.The results show that the best model of macroporous resin is D4020,and the best purification conditions are as follows:sample flow rate 1 mL·min-1,sample concentration 1.5 mg·mL-1,eluent is 40%ethanol,elution The flow rate is 1 mL·min-1,and the purity of the final purified product is 97.35%±1.58%.
