| 摘 要： | 本文以3种海鱼作为研究对象,探索其总硒、有机硒及无机硒含量。结果表明,总硒、有机硒、无机硒含量均表现为鲐鲅鱼>大马哈鱼>狭鳕鱼;但3种鱼类有机硒含量占总硒含量的比例表现为大马哈鱼>狭鳕鱼>鲐鲅鱼。

| Abstract: | In this paper, three kinds of marine fish were studied to explore the content of total selenium, organic selenium and inorganic selenium. The results showed that the content of total selenium, organic selenium and inorganic. selenium in mackerel Spanish mackerel was larger than that in salmon, and larger than that in Pollock, but the proportion of organic selenium in salmon was larger than that in Pollock, and larger than that in mackerel Spanish mackerel. |
