桶装水中铜绿假单胞菌检验方法的建立

摘    要:本文依据《食品安全国家标准饮用天然矿泉水检验方法》(GB 8538—2016)方法,分别采用单向负压吸附取液微孔滤膜过滤装置(B)与不锈钢过滤系统(A)检测水样中铜绿假单胞菌,比较两种方法的检测效果.对A组和B组检测计数数据进行相关分析,A组和B组之间的相关系数值为0.997,并且呈现出0.01水平的显著性,结果说明二者间有显著的正相关关系.选取7家实验室对桶装水中铜绿假单胞菌进行联合验证试验,检出率71%.本方法与国际使用抽滤过程比较,具有对检测环境要求低的优越性,为推广水源性铜绿假单胞菌的检验提供了相应的数据支持.

Establishment of Test Method for Pseudomonas Aeruginosa in Barreled Water

Abstract:According to the GB 8538—2016 method, a one-way negative pressure adsorption microporous filter membrane filter device(B) and a stainless steel filter system(A) were used to detect Pseudomonas aeruginosa in water samples, and the detection effects of the two methods were compared. Correlation analysis was carried out on the detection count data of group A and group B. The correlation coefficient between group A and group B was 0.997 and showed a significance level of 0.01. The results showed a significant positive correlation between the two. Seven laboratories were selected to conduct joint verification tests on Pseudomonas aeruginosa in bottled water, with a detection rate of 71%.Compared with the internationally used suction filtration process, this method has the advantage of low requirements for the detection environment, and provides corresponding data support for the promotion of the detection of water-borne Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
