食品检测实验室质量监督方法探讨

The most important part of food testing laboratory is the quality supervision and management work,completes the quality supervision,to improve the quality of laboratory personnel and management ability,and the study progress of relevant personnel to do work,improve the quality of the food testing laboratory testing level,to ensure the effectiveness of the testing data and correct.But the present stage our country laboratory for lack of a unified industry standard,lead to the administration of quality supervision work level is uneven,appeared a series of problems for quality inspection,such as the purpose of quality supervision,unknown,quality supervision,quality supervision and imperfect implementation is insufficient,will affect the quality of the laboratory about food testing issues.Therefore,this paper mainly explores the quality supervision methods of food testing laboratory,and points out the technical points of quality supervision from various aspects.
