基于集体建设用地流转与土地征收视点探讨完善农村住房体系建设——以北京市为例

研究目的：从农村集体建设用地流转与土地征收的视点切入，分析完善农村住房体系建设的可能性，提出统筹城乡一体化住房体系建议。研究方法：文献资料法、比较分析法和调研相结合。研究结论：中国正处于城市化快速发展时期，大量人口从农村进入城市需要解决居住问题，而现有城市住房体系无法满足这一要求。完善农村住房体系，建设新农村，是推进城市化的有效途径。

Study of Rural Housing Construction Based on Collective Land Circulation and Land Expropriation: A Case of Beijing

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the feasibility of rural housing system construction based on collective land circulation and to land expropriation, and to present some ways for integral housing system for urban and rural areas. Methods employed include documentation and comparative analysis together with field investigation. It is concluded that China is in the process of rapid urbanization and lots of its population are moving from the countryside to urban areas. They need a great number of houses, but the present conditions in cities can not meet their requirements. The improvement of rural housing system and the construction of new countryside are effective ways to promote sustainable urbanization process.
