| Abstract: | The purpose of the paper is to analyze implications of Scientific Development policy for land consolidation. Causality relations are examined. The research indicated that Scientific Development policy has a variety of influences on wide range of practices in land consolidation such as planning, design and project management. It is recommended that Scientific Development policy should be adopted as strategies to improve land consolidation practices in China. |
