| 摘 要： | 研究目的：呈现2013年土地制度领域的研究现状和进展，展望2014年研究热点。研究方法：文献法。研究结果：2013年土地制度研究重点主要集中于土地征收制度、土地产权制度的成因、土地产权对其他领域的影响、土地制度改革等方面。研究结论：城乡统一建设用地市场的制度设计、征地制度、土地所有制、政府用地行为、土地产权等，将是2014年土地制度领域的重点研究方向。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the research progress on land institutions in 2013. Method of documentation was employed. The results indicate that scholars around the world conducted a lot of studies on land institutions in 2013. The progress is dynamic and satisfactory. Further studies, e.g., in 2014, might focus on the issues concerning institutional design of integrated urban-rural construction land system, land expropriation, land property rights,land ownership, and government land use behavior. |
