当前非洲海外耕地投资东道国耕地投资潜力评价

研究目的：评价当前非洲34个海外耕地投资东道国的耕地投资潜力，为中国投资者在以上区域辨识被投资国比较优势、找准投资目标、提高投资效率提供参考。研究方法：灰色分析法，数学建模法。研究结果：从资源条件、生产基础、宏观环境、投资现状4个方面对非洲34个海外耕地投资东道国进行了评价，进而在此基础上实现了对以上各国投资潜力的评价。研究结论：当前非洲34个海外耕地投资东道国具有土地资源丰裕、生产基础薄弱、宏观环境稳定、投资空间广阔的特点，中国投资者应及时抓住机遇，积极进行战略布局。

Evaluation of Farmland Investment Potential in the African Countries

The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the current investment potential of 34 African countries, so as to provide references for China’s investors in terms of comparative advantages, investment-targets seeking, macro-investment environment, and investment situation. Methods employed include grey analysis method and mathematical modeling method. Research results shows that the resource conditions, production bases, macro-environments and investment situations of the 34 African countries are evaluated, and the investment potential evaluations of the countries are obtained. The paper concludes that the 34 countries are currently with abundant land resources, comparatively weak production bases, stable macro environment and diverse investment chances. It’s an opportunity for China’s investors to make strategic investment plans actively.
