中国产业结构与用地结构相互关系的实证研究

研究目的:把握产业结构与用地结构互动规律,为土地参与宏观调控提供依据。研究方法:统计分析法、指数分析法和复合指标法。研究结果:通过分析产业结构与用地结构之间的结构关系、均量关系和复合关系,从一定视角揭示了两者之间的变化规律。研究结论:(1)产业结构与用地结构之间存在紧密相关性并呈同步增减变化趋势;(2)人均用地与人均GDP呈同步增长趋势,但人均用地增幅较大;(3)单位产值占地率是评价用地面积与产业产值之间关系的合理性的重要指标,具有可操作性和可比性。

Study on the Relationship between Industrial Structure and Land Structure in China

The purpose of this study is to explore the interrelations between industrial structure and land structure,in order to contribute to the regulation of macro economy by means of land.Methods of statistical analysis,exponential analysis and multiple index analysis were employed.The results revealed the variation rules between the industrial structure and the land structure from certain angle by analyzing the relationships between them.It is concluded that:(1)there exist strong correlations between industrial structure and land structure and synchronous increase or decrease is shown;(2)the land area per capita and GDP per capita have the trend of synchronous increase,in which the land area per capita increases faster;(3)the land area by GDP is the important indicator to appraise the rationality between industrial structure and land structure which can be compared and operated.
