| 摘 要： | 耕地保护理念是我国耕地保护制度的重要组成部分,在当前耕地保护形势不容乐观的背景下,对其审视整合显得十分必要。从耕地保护理念的内涵入手,分析其执行效果和面临的挑战,在此基础上对其拓展创新,并最终提出了“温饱型”、“小康型”和“生态型”耕地保护理念等方案。

| Abstract: | The idea of cultivated land protecti on is an important part of the cultivated land protection system.On the gloomy status of cultivated land protectio n,it seems necessary to re-consider this idea.Beginning with the connotation of the idea of cultivated land protection,this paper analyzes its executive effects and challenges.Then on this basis,th ree innovation sce-narios of the idea of cultivated land protection are put forward. |
