摘    要:研究目的:有效利用农村宅基地,最大程度地发挥土地资源的稀缺性价值,切实保护农民利益。研究方法:综合分析法和案例分析法。研究结果:得出联众模式的运行机理图,分析这种模式的优势和不足。研究结论:企业参与有助于农村宅基地利用,并能促进乡村旅游发展,但需要政府规范管理,控制风险。

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to find out how to effectively use rural residential land in order to maximize the value of land resources in terms of its scarcity and to protect farmers’ interests earnestly. Methods employed include comprehensive analysis and case study. The results include that an operation mechanism diagram of the model of Land Leisure Industry Group Limited(Lianzhong Company)is summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages of the model are also analyzed. It is concluded that the participation of enterprises is beneficial to rural residential land use and can facilitate the development of rural tourism, however the management should be regulated by governments in order to control potential risks.
