湖南省土地多功能耦合协调度时空分异

摘    要:研究目的:测度和分析湖南省土地"三生"功能之间的耦合协调时空特征,为提升土地整体利用效益提供参考。研究方法:综合指数模型、耦合协调度模型。研究结果:(1)2005—2015年,湖南省土地生态功能值高于生活和生产功能,土地生产、生活功能强度提高且呈现非均衡性特征,生态功能值小幅降低,但空间格局变化不明显;(2)2005年、2010年、2015年三期土地功能耦合协调度的均值分别为0.486、0.581和0.620,表明近10年来湖南省土地利用冲突趋于减弱。土地功能耦合协调度空间分布上形成以长株潭3+5城市群为高值区的中心—外围结构,不同主体功能区耦合协调度分值由高到低的顺序依次为:农产品主产区>重点开发区>重点生态功能区;(3)影响土地功能耦合协调的因素包括宏观政策、经济发展和自然资源禀赋等。研究结论:应根据土地多功能的时空耦合特征和影响因素,制定差异化的调控策略以提升土地"三生"功能。

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to measure and analyze coupling interaction between regional land use multi-functions (LUMF), and to provide a reference for improving the overall land use effectiveness. The methods used include comprehensive index model and coupling coordination model. The results shows as follows: 1)during the study period, the value of land use ecological function in Hunan Province was higher than the values of living and production functions; and the values of production and living functions significantly increased and showed unbalanced characteristics. Ecological function slightly decreased, and the spatial pattern change was not obvious. 2)In the past ten years, LUMF coupling coordination degree gradually increased, which were 0.486, 0.581 and 0.620, respectively. It showed a decreasing pattern of land use conflict degree. The spatial distribution of land coupling coordination degree formed a center-periphery structure with the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan 3+5 urban agglomeration as the high-value core. In different major function orientated zones (MFOZ), the order from high to low was Grain Production Zone, Key Development Zone and Ecological Function Zone. 3)The factors affecting the LUMF coupling coordination degree included macro policy, economic development and natural resources endowment. In conclusion, according to the spatial-temporal coupling characteristics and influencing factors of LUMF, different strategies should formulated to enhance the LUMF.
