经济发达区土地利用变化与生态服务价值损益研究——以浙江省慈溪市为例

研究目的:以浙江省慈溪市1999—2005年的土地利用详查及更新调查数据,研究该地区土地利用变化及其所引起的生态系统服务价值的变化。研究方法:土地利用类型动态度法、土地利用程度综合指数法、生态系统服务价值当量计算法。研究结果:研究区1999—2005年园地、林地、建设用地呈增加趋势,耕地基本不变,水利设施用地和未利用地呈减少趋势;土地利用程度指数逐年上升;生态系统服务价值却随当地经济的发展逐渐下降。研究结论:今后的土地利用规划一定要严格控制建设用地扩张,提高用地效率,保证经济稳步增长和生态环境质量不断提高。

Land Use Change and Ecosystem Services Value in Developed Regions: A Case Study in Cixi of Zhejiang Province

The purpose of this paper is to study the land use change and ecosystem services value change based on the data of land use survey from 1999 to 2005 in Cixi of Zhejiang Province.Such methods were employed as dynamic degree of land use,integrated index of land use degree,and ecosystem services value.The results showed from 1999 to 2005 the areas of orchard land,forest land and land for construction increased while the areas of cultivated land remain unchanged.The areas of water conservancy and unused land decreased.The integrated land use degree index increased and the ecosystem services value decreased.In conclusion,the area of land for construction shall be strictly controlled in future land use planning and the land use efficiency shall be improved to ensure steady development of economy and improvement of the environment.
