| Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to provide scientific evidence to land use planning on the basis of reasonable methods of predicting land demand for construction use. Methods of documentation and mathematical statistical analysis were employed. The results indicate that the five methods have achieved good results in land use planning of Hangzhou City. Multiple scenarios in prediction shall be adopted to make the plan more scientific. |
