| Abstract: | The purpose of the paper is to explore the contribution of technology advancement to land productivity in China considering its limited amount of land resource and decreasing area of cultivated land per capita. The econometrics model and Eviews software were used. The results indicate the contribution of technology advancement to land productivity is far from satisfactory. It is quite necessary to make full use of technology advancement to improve land productivity and thus guarantee food security in China. |
