广州市城乡发展协调度研究

摘    要:研究目的:研究城乡发展协调度的评价方法,实证分析验证评价方法和指标的合理性,为促进地区城乡统筹发展提供参考。研究方法:文献研究,实证分析法。研究结果:广州市城乡发展协调度处于初级协调状态,协调度不高。研究结论:对城市子系统和乡村子系统分别从经济效益指数和社会和谐指数两方面设置指标体系,运用熵权法和协调度模型对城乡协调度进行定量评价,具有较强的可操作性,可为地区经济社会发展提供针对性的建议。

Abstract:The purposes of the paper are to develop a method for evaluating the coordination degree of urban-rural development, to conduct an empirical analysis to verify the rationality of the evaluation method and indices, and to provide reference for balancing regional rural-urban development. Methods employed are documentation and empirical analysis. The results indicate that the coordination degree of rural-urban development in Guangzhou City is in the stage of primary coordination and with relatively lower coordination degrees. It is concluded:(1)index systems should be respectively established to urban and rural subsystems basing on two aspects-economic benefit index and social harmony index;(2)entropy-weight method and coordination degree model should be used to conduct quantitative evaluation on rural-urban coordination degrees;(3)the methods and results are feasible and could provide specific suggestion for local economic and social development.
